These are in our mind one of the best over the counter orthotics we could find. Very similar to the more expensive Stride Rite brand. They come in short(to the sulcus of your toes) and long (to fit to the end of your toes).  They go better in tennis shoes but the shorter ones can fit in smaller shoes.
